Have used Colin and the team at PEP several times now because they are easy to book, turn up on time, do a fantastic job and clean up afterwards. In addition to the usual work, they have also helped us swap our gas hob for ceramic when others said it couldn't be done, and most recently helped us renovate a bathroom and laundry in an old investment property. Getting the old gear out and fitting the new was challenging, but the team worked hard and delivered great results.

The guys at PEP recently completed a major sewer relining scope at an apartment building in Subiaco. The old vitreous clay sewer pipes (1960s) which were regularly getting blocked from tree roots were pressure cleaned and relined by PEP with negligible disruption to the residents. Luke and Gary did a marvelous job and PEP (including Colin Hayes) were a pleasure to deal with. The Council of Owners were happy with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending PEP to others and will be utilising their services in the future as needs arise. Thanks guys.

Had a blocked drain, called Colin and two hours later his team unblocked the drain. I was impressed by all of their high tech gear, cameras, laptop, high pressure jet cleaner super long hoses etc. The job took twenty minutes all up and I got a detailed report too!

Needed a gas wall heater removed. Colin and Finn came out less than 24 hours after first contact, after doing what they could turns out we needed a sparky to cap the power supply as well. They called around and had someone coming a few hours later. Then took away the old heater.
